Speaker Bio:  Mr. Mike Speciale is the Project Manager for the restoration of vintage aircraft at the New England Air Museum in Windsor Locks, CT.

 Text Box: Abstract:  Mike will speak on the documentation research required for an aircraft, including assembly drawings, bills of materials, vendor resources, etc.  Then comes the actual work of restoration.  While they rely on mainly volunteer effort, there is need for subcontract effort in part restoration, including plating, machining, heat treating, etc.
